 There are many ways to keep our health . Many people are interested in our health a lot. To have a good health , people try to use many methods to our lives. There was a man who had suffered from his skin disease. That's why he couldn't have a deep sleep when he went to sleep.

When he had a skin disease, his parents tried many ways to feel better . One day their parents decided to keep a cat at home because they liked to take care of pets a lot since they were young. Although this boy has some allergy about pet's fur , their parents didn't care too much . As keeping this little kitten , he couldn't feel any itch from his skin and didn't have any symptom from his suffering. 


After all, because of their parents' sudden decision, he could get out of the problem of skin disease . Like this way, we can overcome this kind of disease unintentionally. It is a good example to show this good case .

If you want to be healthy , you must eat healthy foods like Korean traditional food such as Kimchi, beanpaste stew, etc. There are good foods in Korea and many countries . If we have a habit to try these traditional and healthy foods , our health would be better and live longer . 

After eating dinner, I would like to take a walk with my husband , this habit is really helpful for me to get ride of my stress and lose weight . Before sleeping , you shouldn't eat food one hour ago. If you have a habit to eat something before sleeping, your stomach has to work without taking some rest . After waking up in the morning, your feeling wouldn't be good because of eating habit before sleeping.
